Welcome
REMINGTON VILLAS HOMEOWNERS' WEB SITE
Welcome to the Remington Villas homeowners' web site. This site is not available to the general public, and was created as another means of providing our residents with copies of documents, and sharing announcements and information on upcoming activities and events, as well as a reference for handymen, and company referrals for basic maintenance providers in the local area.
Message from HOA President David McLean
Dear Homeowners, I want to extend a warm welcome to all our residents, both longtime neighbors and those who have recently joined our community. As your HOA President, my goal is to help ensure our neighborhood remains a place we’re all proud to call home. We’re committed to maintaining high standards, encouraging open communication, and fostering a strong sense of community. Your participation and feedback help us continue improving and growing together. Our neighborhood thrives when we all take an active role in shaping it. Whether it’s attending meetings, sharing ideas, or simply taking pride in our homes, every contribution matters. If you are new to our neighborhood, Welcome to our community! We’re glad to have you here. As HOA President, I want you to know that our board is here to support you and help make your transition as smooth as possible. If you have questions about community guidelines or upcoming events, please feel free to reach out to any board member. Thank you for being part of this wonderful neighborhood.
David McLean
Remington Villas HOA President
Remington Villas & Estates was developed in the early 2000's as a unique residential community, divided into two separate subdivisions:
-
Remington Villas: beautiful, custom built single-story homes with restricted building codes, and amenities that include underground sprinkler systems, lawn care, snow removal, and trash pick up;
-
Remington Estates are individual single family homes with no specific style restrictions.
Annual dues are based on expenses incurred for all the maintenance-provided amenities, including lawn care, snow removal, trash and recyling pickup, as well as routine maintenance for individual underground sprinkler systems (start-up and winterization). Villas' common areas including the entrance from M-78 and the pond* (otherwise affectionately known as "Lake Remington"), as well as west end cul-de-sac (aka "Merlot Circle") on 19th Terr Ct S., and the rock terrace on the west side of 19th St Ct. S. (Maintenance to the entrance from M78, and the pond are shared by the Estates and Villas, however, they are primarily the Villas' responsibility and are included with the HOA dues.)
The final phase IV construction was developed by Jim Pollard, Pollard-Orf Developments.
We welcome your comments, and if you have any announcements or information that would be of interest to our homeowners to share on this web site, please contact Paula Clyma, Communications Director, Webmaster
