CALENDAR of EVENTS
UPCOMING LUNCHEONS AND ACTIVITIES:
Luncheons and other social activities held throughout the year will be announced regularly on this page and/or via email on a timely basis. We invite everyone to come out and join their friends and neighbors for all activities! These events give all residents an opportunity to voice any concerns or questions you may have regarding our community, and become better acquainted with one another.
April Luncheon - Mark your calendars for TUESDAY, APRIL 28 from 11 AM-1:00 PM and join us for our second annual Hot Dog Social, at the west end cul-de-sac (affectionately known as "Merlot Circle").
Hot dogs, buns, "basic condiments," chips, disposable tableware and bottled water will be furnished. We are looking forward to getting together in the "hood" again with our friends and neighbors, and the board is ordering a beautiful, sunny Spring day! Hope you can join us. Call Debbie Leakey (816-679-0660) for more information.

Remington Villas offers a Friendly, Casual Lifestyle
Remington Villas provides a friendly, casual lifestyle for all residents, and getting to know our neighbors is an important part of our community. Lawn care, snow removal and trash pickup services are included in the HOA maintenance-provided services.
Residents look forward to monthly luncheons throughout the year at local restaurants planned by the Social Committee Chair at nearby restaurants throughout the year, an annual pot-luck picnic, and December Christmas luncheon (with Crazy Santa gift exchange). An occasional impromptu gathering may include a quick announcement to bring your lawn chairs, your favorite beverage and snacks, and join a group of neighbors at the southwest end of the cul-de-sac on E. 19th Terr. Ct. S., (affectionately known as "Merlot Circle,") where well-behaved pets and their humans are always welcome!
If you are a Facebook user, please join us on our Facebook members-only group page (REMINGTON VILLAS) where we may share information, photos, and ideas for making our community stronger and better. Announcements relating to luncheons and other events or activities are generally sent via emai to residents and posted to the Facebook Group page, as well as on the web site
We welcome your comments, and if you have an announcement or information that would be of interest to our homeowners, we invite you to share it on this web site. Please contact the Webmaster via email: Paula Clyma or Co-Webmaster Brad Bryant.
For more information regarding luncheons, suggestions for future events, luncheons, or other inquiries relating to social activities, please contact Debbie Leakey via (816) 679-1584.
